MI Consociates LLC is a limited liability corporation that was founded in 2017 by Roxy Vandendries MS, RN.

Roxy Vandendries, CEO, is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education. She is a Certified Chronic Care Professional, a Registered Health Coach level III and a member of Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).

Roxy has trained over 1,000 participants at different levels of motivational interviewing proficiency. She offers Motivational Interviewing training, consulting and MI supportive services.
